These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of vipnewshub.com (the “Site”), operated as VIP News Hub and published by 24World Media (“Publisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067, United States. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Corrections policy, and Code of Ethics, each as published on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

VIP News Hub is a people-led digital news publication providing editorial coverage of prominent personalities, athletes, business leaders, entertainers, founders, and other public figures, together with related features, profiles, explainers, and updates. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 24World Media, VIP News Hub, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contributors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms or of applicable law; (b) material you submit to us that infringes or violates the rights of any third party; or (c) your misuse of the Site. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction, Illinois courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
