Tinashe is taking her Popstar era on the road. The singer announced an 18-stop North American tour, “The Show Must Go On”, on Monday, with the run opening April 14, 2027, in Dallas and closing May 15 in Los Angeles.

Artist presale begins Tuesday, October 20, at 10 a.m. local time through her official website, with general sales following Wednesday, October 21, according to reports. Fans in Portland will have to wait: that show’s venue and ticket sale date will be announced later.

A victory lap for Popstar

The tour follows a career-high run for the singer. Her track “No Broke Boys” has accumulated more than one billion streams and reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, and took Dance Song of the Year at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards alongside nominations at the BRIT Awards and American Music Awards, according to reports.

The 18 dates cross the South and East Coast before heading west, with stops in Austin, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston, Denver, Seattle and Oakland, plus the lone Canadian date in Vancouver on May 10, according to reports. The run opens at The Bomb Factory in Dallas and closes at Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles.

From child star to headliner

Tinashe, who began her career as a child actress and in the girl group The Stunners before breaking solo with “2 On” in 2014, has built a reputation for choreography-heavy live shows. The new tour will give Popstar its largest live framework yet, with the album’s production and attitude at the centre of the performance, according to reports.

The announcement caps a remarkable independent run for the artist, who has released music at a relentless pace while touring steadily, including recent sold-out shows. For fans who have watched her evolution from teen pop to one of R and B’s most distinctive voices, “The Show Must Go On” promises the full scope of that journey on stage.
